We hold exercise classes for the elderly with the goal of extending the years of healthy life and support awareness, action for the elderly and provide information to prevent the need for nursing care. And we also support continuing exercises and community life for the elderly in a network of social resouces in a community.


1 Classes 

(1) Senior 'Genki'-up Exercise Class

  Eligible person:Healthy elderly person aged 65 and older

   Classes and capacity:10 classes (Each class 33 or 35 persons)

   Terms and numbers: 4 times / year (Each term 8 to 9 numbers)

 

(2) 'Hatsuratsu' Exercise Class

   Eligible person:Advanced elderly person aged 80 and older

   Classes and capacity: 4 classes (Each class 25 persons)

   Terms and numbers: 4 times / year (Each term 8 to 9 numbers)

 

(3) 'Rakuraku' Exercise Class

   Eligible person: The elderly who is uncertain about their

                           strength aged 65 and older

   Classes and capacity: 1 class (25 persons)

   Terms and numbers: 4 times / year (Each term 8 to 9 numbers)

 ○ Lectures and providing information

       Health management and self-care, nourishment,

       exercise in safety

 

 ○ Practical exercise

       Stretching, strength training, aerobic exercise,

       balance training, pelvic floor muscle training, etc.

 

 ○ Communication and recreation
